The final stage of the process -

Unfortunately I didn’t have time to take a good picture of the final before submission, I had overestimated rubber cements mounting credentials on foam core, and spent a great deal of time mounting the squares with pins. I took a picture on my cell phone which you can imagine, isn’t the best quality. However, I was able to replicate the final with some Photoshop trickery. Below is the final, or click here to see the the full size. (In case you were wondering, the white square on the right, is a dry erase board so that people can constantly change the things going on in that particular month.)
